What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and WebFlux.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for media and streaming workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document configurations and system behavior using annotation processors where applicable.
- On-call duty as 3rd Level Support
- Support service delivery stakeholders such as CSM/SDM when clarifications/urgent fixes are needed
- Requirement gathering (customer facing) and solution design proposals
- Customer ramp-up
- Knowledge sharing with rest of the team on product deliverables, coaching for newer team members
Skills You Bring:
Must Have:
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of reactive programming principles.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Supportive:
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Test containers, or similar.
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good to have:
- Experience with Gradle for build automation.
- Use of annotation processors for configuration documentation.
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch for search and analytics.
- Experience with feign-reactive for reactive HTTP clients.
- Understanding of streaming technologies (e.g., FFmpeg, HLS, DASH) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Media Domain
- Previous experience in customer facing roles

- 6 -14 Years relevant experience in IT Industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/information technology or equivalent
