We are seeking a Quadient Developer to join our team, responsible for the design, development, analysis, modification, and debugging of CSG product applications, with a primary focus on Quadient (GMC Inspire) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, perform bug verification and release testing, and occasionally collaborate directly with end-users to gather requirements and document technical specifications.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, modify, analyze, and debug applications, including Quadient solutions, .NET applications, and SQL databases.

  • Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Provide QA support for new feature development and ongoing product enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.

  • Maintain professional communication and working relationships aligned with CSG’s core values and competencies.

  • Support documentation efforts by contributing to technical specifications and user documentation as needed.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and project reviews to ensure project alignment and progress.

  • Support a 24x7 on-call rotation as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing with Quadient (GMC Inspire).

  • Experience with C++, C#, SQL, and .NET technologies is a strong plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies as needed.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English in a business environment.
