Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Translate customer needs into software requirements; design, develop, and debug software for semiconductor industry equipment.
- Develop and implement robust, scalable software applications.
- Maintain and enhance the performance and reliability of existing software systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and ensure high-quality software deliverables.
- Provide timely support for customer-reported issues and ensure resolution.
- Contribute to the development of next-generation products and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience, preferably with C++/MFC and C#
- Strong foundation in modern programming practices, with emphasis on object-oriented design and development
- Practical experience interfacing with hardware devices via COM, TCP/IP, USB, and related protocols
- Proficient in debugging multi-threaded applications using a variety of debugging tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and agile development methodologies
- Experience with SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning
