As a Software Engineer focusing on Customer Acquisition Data and related Analytics, you will be part of the marketing squad and work closely with Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing Manager and Business Analysts to design robust data systems and enable deeper insights into our customer journey. Your work will empower the team to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and uncover new growth opportunities guided by data.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across CRM (e.g., HubSpot, D365), marketing automation, customer data platforms, and BI tools to ensure clean, unified, and timely access to customer acquisition data. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to evaluate MarTech tools, support onboarding, and translate data needs into scalable, automated solutions using Python and Microsoft Power BI/Fabric.
- Enable analytics and measurement by designing data models and powering dashboards that uncover funnel performance, campaign ROI, and actionable growth insights.
- Support platform adoption and advanced usage by providing onboarding assistance, documentation, and occasional training to help marketing teams leverage analytics tools effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ETL workflows, REST APIs, and system integration principles
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and governance in a business context
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
