Working alongside a talented group of Engineers and Salesforce Administrators, you'll build and support scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and backend services that empower over 600 internal users.
You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development to deliver robust, reliable applications. Collaboration is key-you'll partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure our systems remain resilient, secure, and adaptable to evolving needs. Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Salesforce code (Apex, LWC) and backend services (Java, Spring Boot)
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with an agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Integrate observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing) to improve system performance
- Utilize GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado for version control and CI/CD
- Assist with feature estimation and provide technical input
- Develop and implement unit and system tests, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices, code quality, and reliability
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing features
- Document processes and best practices for repeatability
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field with no degree
- 2 years experience with Salesforce and Salesforce development practices (Apex, LWC, VisualForce, etc)
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience in software development best practices, including secure coding principles, code reviews and agile methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools and techniques
- Experience with building observability into solutions (e.g., logging, monitoring, and tracing)
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems
- Knowledge of database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Copado CI/CD
- Proficiency in Java development
- Familiarity with Spring Boot framework
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
