Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) with minimum 4 years’ experience in the IT industry 
Desire and ability to learn and implement new technologies.
Keen ability to see complex challenges from multiple perspectives and leaning in to solve independently or with others.
Proven experience designing and writing microservices with Java.
Knowledge of how to develop highly scalable distributed systems using Open-Source technologies.
Experience in managing high volume customer-facing application traffic for API’s
Ability to validate, monitor, and solve issues during development, testing, or in production.
Ability to work effectively in global teams distributed across geographic locations in an Agile way.
Excellent communication skills, both through written and verbal channels.
Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

Experience in developing Restful API microservices using Spring-Boot
Experience in integrating API to databases like - Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) or NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elastic search, Graph DB, etc.)
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk.
Must be ready to be on-call rotation to support the applications.
Experience with DevOps or CI/CD Pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, etc.
Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure
Proven knowledge of AWS via Associate, Professional, or Specialty Certification(s) a big plus
Knowledge of Salesforce platform will be desirable.
Critical thinking and the ability to work in an agile environment
You will need to demonstrate the ability to recognize the urgency of issues and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
