Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud
- Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions following engineering best practices and security standards
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and team members in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve system reliability and performance
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, estimation, and sprint planning activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and engineering excellence within the team
- Support adoption of AI-assisted development practices and modern engineering tools to improve developer productivity

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS
- Experience with Azure Cloud services and REST API development
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum team
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
