Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Python Web Developer to join our Customer Active Response Team (CART). This team is the frontline for addressing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, optimizing, and delivering quick, effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customer experience. This is a shift-based role requiring availability for round-the-clock support.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and debug customer-reported issues in real-time.
• Develop and deploy quick fixes or workarounds to minimize customer impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and long-term solutions.
• Write clean, efficient Python code to support bug fixes and enhancements.
• Optimize performance of existing code and services for faster resolution and better scalability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Participate in a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis.
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick, reliable fixes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

• Work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
