About this role:
Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of Python based web applications to help fulfill our Consulting & Insights Technology strategy.
What you’ll do:
Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Python based applications and services
Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
Documenting and review detailed design
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Must have
2+ years experience in software development with full stack web applications development experience.
Strong knowledge of Python programming language experience
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with relational databases using SQL (SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with other teams
Good problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Hands on experience with Django, Flask or other Python frameworks
ReactJS experience
Knowledge of integration and web services technologies (HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).
Experience with software development in cloud technology Azure, AWS etc
Scrum software development methodology experience
