We are seeking a proactive Software Test Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our globally distributed team. This role is unique—you won't just be testing standard web apps; you’ll be validating the logic, reliability, and performance of AI Agents across both frontend and backend environments.

What You’ll Do
- Agent Validation: Design and execute test strategies for AI agents, focusing on intent recognition, response accuracy, and state management.
- Full-Stack Automation: Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using Python for both backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
- End-to-End Testing: Ensure seamless integration between the agent's brain (LLM/Logic), the backend infrastructure, and the user-facing frontend.
- Defect Lifecycle: Identify, document, and track bugs. Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and debugging to provide developers with actionable logs and root-cause analysis.
- Global Collaboration: Coordinate with product managers and engineers across different time zones to ensure high-quality releases.
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Experience: 3+ years in professional Software Quality Assurance or Test Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: * Strong Python programming skills for automation.
- Experience testing APIs (REST/GraphQL) and Frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional debugging skills. You should be comfortable digging into container logs, network tabs, and database entries.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of learning new technologies (like LLM frameworks or new cloud tools) with minimal guidance.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills to thrive in a globally distributed team.
