The Opportunity
As a Software Engineer you will combine technical skills on various low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, UIPath, BluePrism, OpsTrakker, etc.) with your business acumen and curiosity. You will craft mobile application solutions for paperless forms and logbooks within the regulated (GxP) environment.
Responsibilities

• A detailed professional who knows how low-code mobile platform(s) supports client business needs.
• Adept at crafting low-code mobile solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe.
• You have a strong sense of logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.
• Support the daily operations of OpsTrakker for GxP eForms across the entire manufacturing portfolio and network on technical topics and Incidents.
• Participate in the ongoing exchange of the global core team and the different stakeholders like eForm designer or quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the OpsTrakker tool.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to eForm Designers.
• Testing and verification of forms.
• Support content designers on site in more complex coding of eForms outside their knowledge base.
• Coordinate required interfaces, integrate necessary data fields, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with our local and global stakeholders to ensure that eForms are proper shifted between the different system environments following the defined processes.
• Ensure compliance with Takeda Policies and Guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in developing on various low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, UIPath, BluePrism, etc.) and aptitude to upskill yourself to OpsTrakker platform.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/C# or Python.
• Proficient in SASS, CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience in building cloud native solutions on AWS a big plus!
• Experience working in regulated (GxP) environment is a big plus!
• Solid oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
• Experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferable experienced in quality improvement.
• Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.
• Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
