Primary Responsibilities:
- Reliability Engineering & Operations
- Design and support highly available, scalable, and resilient systems and infrastructure platforms
- Establish and maintain service reliability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Monitor system health and performance and implement proactive issue detection and resolution strategies
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation activities
- DevOps & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation solutions
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and tooling
- Observability & Tooling
- Implement and manage observability solutions, including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting platforms
- Leverage enterprise tools (e.g., monitoring, logging, ITSM platforms) to provide visibility into system performance and operational health
- Define and track service-level objectives (SLOs) and performance metrics
- AI-Enabled Operations (AIOps)
- Apply AI/ML techniques to operational workflows, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, and root-cause analysis
- Support implementation of AI-driven triage and remediation workflows using knowledge bases, runbooks, and operational data sources
- Contribute to the development and use of AI-driven platforms for incident management, automation, and performance optimization
- Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
- Partner with application development, platform engineering, and security teams to design and operate reliable solutions
- Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices discussions
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks to support consistent service management
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

User Responsibilities:
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience using LLMs, AI models, GitHub CoPilot and LLM with Context Engine
- Progressive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Operations roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including pipeline design and deployment automation
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools for logging, metrics, alerting, and reporting
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go, or Java)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and enterprise security standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise tooling such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, GitHub, Terraform, or equivalent platforms
- Experience implementing SRE concepts such as SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering practices
- Experience working with event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices environments
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools applied to IT operations (AIOps), including automation and predictive analytics
- Exposure to data platforms, telemetry pipelines, and modern observability frameworks
