The Software Engineer II will develop enterprise-grade applications, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and manage end-to-end projects.
Overview: We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in .NET Core, React.js, and SQL, along with strong exposure to Azure cloud services. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in architecture, performance, and security.
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising, and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and guidance to team members on assigned tasks; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.
Responsibilities- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core and React.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with third-party systems.
- Optimize database design and queries for SQL Server and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure, leveraging cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver robust solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Backend:
- Expert in .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience in building APIs and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles. - Frontend:
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks. - Database:
- Strong experience with SQL Server, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Druid, and Time Series Databases (TSDB) for analytics and high-volume data processing. - Cloud & DevOps:
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.).
- Proficient in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Testing & Quality:
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit) and TDD practices. - Other:
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Ability to create detailed design documentation and architect solutions from scratch.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
