Join DTN’s Consumer Weather Team, where we deliver trusted weather insights to millions of users every day through our mobile apps and website.
We're looking for a QA Test Analyst with a passion for quality and mobile technology to help ensure the highest standards across our products.
As a QA Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving the quality of our mobile app releases across both iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, build robust test plans, and ensure a smooth user experience.
What you will be responsible for:
Reviewing product requirements and defining clear, testable acceptance criteria.
Designing and executing functional, regression, and performance tests across platforms.
Creating and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and relevant test data.
Logging defects, verifying fixes, and ensuring issues are resolved before release.
Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to support timely, high-quality releases.
Contributing to automated and performance testing efforts while improving QA processes.
Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance testing quality and efficiency.
What you will bring to the role:
3+ years of experience in mobile application testing on both iOS and Android platforms.
Strong understanding of native mobile app architecture and behaviour, including OS-specific design patterns.
Hands-on experience with real devices and emulators for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Familiarity with tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile debugging logs for issue investigation.
Proficient in bug tracking and test case management tools such as JIRA.
Knowledge of mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, Pytest-BDD, Python, Playwright) and APIs is a plus.

Compensation:
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 58,333 and PHP 83,333 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
