Key Responsibilities- Create and execute detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and gather testing requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication of issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to achieve better efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of test reports and summary documentation for stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming testing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of automated testing concepts is a plus.
