Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with 10-15 years of strong technical and architectural expertise across software design, infrastructure automation, hybrid cloud platforms, and DevOps toolchains, with a strong background in infra/platform development and hands-on experience with configuration management tools and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, orchestration platforms, and modern automation practices, along with solid proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as the architect will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and customers to define end-to-end architecture, drive technical strategy, and lead execution
How you’ll make your mark:
- Design and develop automation and DevSecOps solutions
- Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef
- Establish standards and guardrails for automated provisioning, configuration management, and CI/CD integration.
- Drive automation across infrastructure, deployment, and operational workflows for improved efficiency and repeatability.
- Own architectural decisions across application, infrastructure, integration, data, and security layers.
- Define reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable frameworks to accelerate solution development.
- Work with RESTful APIs to automate infrastructure and platform tasks • Manage and maintain Linux-based infrastructures
- Analyze and solve problems related to infrastructure and platform automation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Continuously improve and optimize automation processes
- Collaborate with other teams such as Development, Operations and Security to identify opportunities for automation
About you:
- Strong experience with end-to-end solution architecture, including design of scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- Architectural and implementation experience with IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform development principles and experience with programming languages such as Python, GoLang, Ruby and/or Java for developing automation scripts.
- Hands-on experience with at multiple configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef. This includes proficiency in writing playbooks, cookbook, modules & creating and modifying data structures.
- Experience with creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation scripts, utilizing libraries and frameworks such as Python's Ansible custom module and libraries, Chef's knife and Terraform’ s provider plugins.
- Working experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of API integration with automation tools
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures and administration, including proficiency in command-line interface and shell scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleC
- Expert‐level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and container lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Bare-Metal Server, Storage (SAN/NAS), Network, Security, Enterprise Business Applications, and related technologies
- Experience in leading teams, leading solutions during pursuit/solutioning process
- Experience in preparing end to end architecture diagram for the solution
Desired Skills:
- Expert‐level knowledge of:
- Docker and container lifecycle management
- Kubernetes (deployment patterns, networking, security, operators, Helm, GitOps)
- Extensive experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleC
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Provide mentorship, thought leadership, and technical guidance to engineering teams and junior architects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to debug and troubleshoot complex automation issues
