Responsible for the successful implementation of the most complex proposed solutions on projects as assigned. Leads and/or prepares implementation status reports for project managers, clients and, as required, for internal management. Works under the direction of the project manager to lead and/or configuration, test and delivery of the solution in accordance with the Project Plan and the Customer Requirements Document (CRD).
Supports configuration on multiple projects including but not limited to onsite projects, customer upgrades of all sizes and large multi-site new logos. Engage in multiple, simultaneous complex projects, while also providing support to additional Implementation Specialist.
Work with internal cross-functional partners as an active participant in the onboarding process as required. Represents the Configuration process in discussions internal cross-functional teams to support solutioning of lockbox onboarding engagements.
Lead and/or tests configuration setup prior to delivery and during implementation. Works collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and recommend work standards by studying operational requirements and methods; identifying improvements; communicating suggestions to customers or team members.
Validate estimates and provide project management updates regarding activity durations and effort on an ongoing basis.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years, or HS/GED and 6 years relevant experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
Field of study: Information Technology, Math, Computer Science, Business or Engineering
