Technical Skills
• Strong experience in designing and building API-based solutions using the Azure tech stack
• Proficient in .NET Core (C#) for backend development
• Familiar with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management
• Good understanding of Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and data integration
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for full-stack collaboration
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, including build and release pipelines Team Leadership
• Lead a team of developers and QA engineers, providing technical guidance and support
• Plan and manage sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor team members
• Collaborate closely with QA to ensure proper testing coverage and quality practices Collaboration & Communication
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate requirements into technical tasks
• Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly Quality & Security
• Ensure secure coding practices and integration of authentication (e.g., Azure AD, OAuth)
• Support performance tuning, error handling, and monitoring using Application Insights
• Promote automation in testing and deployment Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
