As a Solutions Analyst III in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Technology (OPT) Project Delivery Office (PDO), you will play a key role in advancing the OPT Technology program roadmap. You will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that meet our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our strategic goals and promote business success.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Evaluate business processes and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement, crafting innovative solutions that align with business needs.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Partner with team members to establish strategic goals, foster a collaborative work environment, and uphold the values and culture of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
- Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the organization's overall success.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement, working with cross-functional teams to align with sustainability goals, enhance processes, and provide essential technical support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering Concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with critical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and enhancing self-service capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.

- Infrastructure background is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
