Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Solutions Development Executive to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas by driving the growth of Secure IT Asset Disposition solutions across India and South East Asia.
You will join a high-performing commercial team dedicated to helping our customers manage the end-of-life cycle of their technology assets with security and sustainability at the forefront.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Drive pipeline development and sales revenue for Secure IT Asset Disposition solutions by identifying target accounts and delivering customized proposals, including Scopes of Work and service level agreements.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal commercial account managers and strategic third-party business partners to build, forecast, and manage a robust account portfolio across the India and South East Asia regions.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and environmental sustainability regulations by serving as the regional Subject Matter Expert on secure decommissioning and e-waste recycling standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of experience as a customer-facing Sales Specialist specifically within IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), data center decommissioning, or e-waste recycling services.
Strong knowledge of the Asset Lifecycle Management portfolio, including data erasure, asset remarketing, and industry regulations such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
Proven ability in strategic account management and solution-based selling to senior decision-makers, such as Chief Technology Officers (CTO) and Chief Information Security Officers (CISO).
A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
