  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Work directly with business groups to identify, analyze, design, test, and implement new solutions or improvements to existing solutions
  • Document the landscape and design to facilitate maintenance, in partnership with IT

  • Partner with IT to address system, interface, data, and vendor issues

What you'll need:

  • 3+ Years of UKG experience, including a deep knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and the Advanced Scheduler module
  • Boomi certification
  • Knowledge of downstream integrations, and the ability to gauge the impact of changes, triage and remedy incidents, and scope level of effort for new initiatives
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills that enable translation between technical and business groups
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy when designing and developing solutions to creatively meet business needs
  • Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing decisions and tasks effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
