A day in the life.

As our Solutions Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Solutions Marketing Director and the National Marketing Strategy Team. You will assist in executing go-to-market strategies for our products and solutions and thought leadership positioning, implementing traditional and digital marketing best practices.

In this role you’ll focus on content creation and campaign execution to drive lead generation. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience and familiarity with business insurance / property & casualty preferred.

This position reports to the Solutions Marketing Director.

What you’ll do.

  • Content creation & copywriting: Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, case studies, one-pagers, web copy, presentations, and social posts. Ensure messaging aligns to core product positioning.

  • Business Line MarComm Strategy Support: Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, engaging key internal partners and subject-matter experts to gather business objectives and inputs. Translate those inputs into clear marketing recommendations, covering target audiences, channel approach, messaging priorities, and tactical plans.

  • Campaign execution: Build, test, and deploy integrated campaigns (email, landing pages, paid/social support, events) in coordination with functional marketing teams.

  • Sales enablement: Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers.

  • SME coordination: Work with subject matter experts to gather content, interview SMEs, and translate technical input into clear, customer-focused content.

  • Cross-functional team collaboration: Collaborate with project management, design, and digital teams to deliver assets on time.

  • Performance reporting: Track campaign KPIs, compile regular performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with business insurance/property and casualty focus.

  • Execution Focus: Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively.

  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making.

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Industry Experience: Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $108,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
