Job Description:
The Sourcing Specialist supports candidate generation, outreach, and screening for hourly production roles at our industrial manufacturing sites. As part of the Global Talent Center's Talent Attraction team, this role will help expand recruitment support across regional locations. The position will be based at our operations center in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners to ensure alignment on key priorities, with a focus on high volume and hard to fill roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for industrial manufacturing roles.
Maintain talent pools for key roles and ongoing projects.
Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, and hiring events as needed.
Utilize AI tools, job boards, resume databases, and social media for candidate generation and outreach.
Support recruitment marketing execution through localized posting optimization and targeted outreach content.
Ensure consistent use of Workday and other global TA systems.
Education and Experience:
• Typically possesses High School diploma (or equivalent) and 3 or more years of experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• High proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrated customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information is required.
