Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions to safeguard company systems and data.
- Develop IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
- Monitor IAM systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls and remediation measures.
- Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support for IAM-related issues and initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends and recommend improvements or enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Document IAM configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Participate in security assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, with 3+ years specifically in Saviynt development.
- Vendor-specific IAM certifications
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption and Privilege Access Management.
- Experience with key IAM technologies such as Azure, Exchange, Active Directory / Entra, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, POSTMAN, JSON, API-REST or SOAP) for automation and integration purposes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of management.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of cybersecurity and IAM.
Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
