- Monitor & review/ update on invoices that fall out as exception on host system on Web Billing and Daily Electronic Transmission of Invoices and knows how to handle invoice rejections.
- Ensure the team provides accurate documentation to inter teams explaining the nature of fallout with documentation and recommendation on how to fix it and follow the course of escalation matrix.
- Adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation as per the process protocol.
- Review billing reports and identify monthly variances to ensure accurate invoicing. Drive Kaizen initiatives based on results.
- Manages the team effectively on how to Reconcile customers’ account, resolve customer billing inquires, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Proactively determine solutions for handling unique billing situations when arises.
- Generate MIS report as per the requirement from the management.
- Assist Ad-hoc projects as needed and month end close related to billing.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) and help perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring process issues.
- Communicate regularly with our customers & internal teams regarding changes to procedures, tools and other items that may impact the activities in scope of Billing Team
