Role Overview:
Salesforce QA Engineer is responsible for quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. He will have strong experience in testing Salesforce solutions, automation frameworks, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute test strategy, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications such as Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud and custom apps.
Define test environment and test data requirements and collaborate with development team to ensure availability.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations.
Prepare, automate and execute regression test cases ensuring maximum test coverage.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and identify defects early.
Conduct sanity tests ensure systems are production ready.
Track and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience of at least 5 years in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
Experience of preparing test plan and writing test cases
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).
Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.
Experience of conducting load and performance tests.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands on experience of using JIRA and similar tools.
Experience of playing client facing role.

Provar Automation
Selenium WebDriver
Nice-to-Have:
Admin or Advanced Admin
Business Analyst
Experience with test automation frameworks for Salesforce using tools like Selenium, Provar or TestNG.
