Role Overview:
Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery for Salesforce projects involving Sales, Service, Experience and Revenue Cloud. He will have strong knowledge of Scrum principles, experience in managing Salesforce development teams, and the ability to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of Salesforce Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Reviews.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework across Salesforce projects.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Developers to prioritize backlog and manage sprint goals.
Document and raise risks/ issues and follow up for timely mitigation.
Conduct scrum of scrums and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Track and report team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown charts and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce releases, integrations, and deployments.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
Coach team members on Agile practices and Salesforce delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7 plus years of overall experience and 5 years of experience as scrum master managing Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience and Revenue Cloud as well as custom development.
Experience of playing client facing role.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, or similar).
Leverage JIRA to report on project KPI’s.
Certifications:
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM)
