Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Description:
    
    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems. You will drive the maturity of our solution delivery processes and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them execute tasks effectively. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance internal R&D platform engineering tools, including CI/CD platforms, labs, and other critical infrastructure.
    
    Key Responsibilities:
    
    Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
    Solution Delivery: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
    Team Coaching: Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
    Platform Maintenance: Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.
    
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    
    Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps, and CI/CD tools such as Bamboo and Jenkins.
    Communication Skills: Fluent in communication, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions to address engineering challenges.
    Task Management: Capable of breaking down complex projects into deliverable chunks and guiding teams to successful task completion.

Desired Experience:
    
    Extensive experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes-based systems at scale.
    Proven track record of enhancing DevSecOps processes and solution delivery maturity.
    Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading teams on technical projects.
    Strong understanding of version control using Git.
