- Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop financial models and perform scenario analysis
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets, with a strong understanding of project financials and cost control
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, with strong presentation and influencing skills
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with Master's degree in finance or MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance
