We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead complex data science projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop advanced data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify data-driven opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
• Implement best practices for data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the data science team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading others

• Exposure to financial industry, risk management, data driven operations process management required.
• Experience developing data science infrastructure to manage financial processes preferred.
• Ability to design team structure, hire talent and manage strong data scientists and analysts.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across corporate hierarchy and geographical diversity.
• Exposure to regulatory framework and governance impacting customer finance preferred
• Experience deploying data-driven decision frameworks into operational environments and insights into business controls 
• Understanding of first-party misuse, friendly fraud, and behavioral abuse patterns.
• SQL, Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery),  BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
