Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of managers overseeing Analytics, Product, and Salesforce Administration, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and data insights in alignment with priorities set by global RevOps leadership; ensure data integrity and consistency across revenue reporting and key performance metrics.
- Execute on forecasting and pipeline reporting frameworks defined by global RevOps leadership, ensuring the Mumbai team delivers accurate and timely outputs that support Finance and Business Intelligence requirements.
- Support the Product function by executing on priorities defined by the US-based RevOps team, contributing to the delivery of GTM-facing tools and internal enablement platforms without direct stakeholder ownership.
- Oversee Salesforce administration in Mumbai in close coordination with the US RevOps team, ensuring platform configurations, releases, and data quality standards align with the global CRM governance model.
- Act as the primary bridge between the Mumbai team and US and EMEA Revenue Operations counterparts, ensuring consistent execution of global priorities, shared best practices, and tight alignment on processes, tooling, and data standards.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation through revenue recognition.
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, with at least 3 years managing managers in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics, CRM administration, or operational functions; strong proficiency with Salesforce (Admin certification preferred) and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority across global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex operational topics clearly to senior stakeholders and connect day-to-day work to broader business outcomes.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily.
