our partner ecosystem. Our team collaborates with partners to design and build new solutions for the global market on the NOW AI platform. We are a pre sales team that utilises design thinking methodology to solve real problems for real people.
Partner design Studio is looking for a Senior Manager to lead a new India-based team of Solution Architects. The Senior Manager is accountable for technical leadership, partner outcomes, and talent development across a portfolio of strategic partners and co-created offerings. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, technical strategy, partner co-creation, and AI-first solutioning.

As a Senior Manager in the Partner Design Studio, you will lead through influence, clarity, and outcomes-scaling the impact of the team while remaining deeply connected to the work.
Team & People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects, fostering growth, technical excellence, and career progression.
- Set clear expectations around role scope, impact, and behaviors aligned to ServiceNow leadership principles.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for the Solution Architecture team.
- Create a culture of learning, experimentation, and psychological safety with an AI-first mindset.
Partner & Portfolio Leadership
- Own the technical success of a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring consistent quality, outcomes, and partner satisfaction.
- Serve as an executive-level escalation point and trusted advisor for complex partner engagements.
- Ensure partner solutions meet architectural standards, AI governance expectations, and ServiceNow leading practices.
- Guide prioritization across engagements to balance partner demand, team capacity, and business impact.
Architectural Excellence & Governance
- Establish and enforce architectural guardrails, reference architectures, and reusable patterns across partner solutions.
- Ensure consistency in discovery, design, and build approaches across engagements.
- Partner with Product, Industry BUs, ACE, Certification, and GTM teams to align solution designs with roadmap and platform strategy.
- Champion AI-enabled architectures, ensuring solutions are responsible, scalable, and outcome-driven.
Offering & GTM Enablement
- Oversee co-creation of partner offerings from concept through Store readiness and go-to-market launch.
- Ensure offerings are differentiated, repeatable, and aligned with ServiceNow GTM priorities.
- Track and report on portfolio-level KPIs such as Store readiness, pipeline influence, partner maturity, and revenue impact.
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the connective tissue between Solution Architecture, Partner Management, Sales, Product, and Enablement teams.
- Improve operating models, intake processes, and engagement patterns to scale impact without slowing execution.
- Contribute to broader Partner Design Studio strategy, evolution, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 15+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, or related enterprise technology roles.
- 5+ years' experience in of direct, line-of-reporting people leadership managing senior individual contributors.
- Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, data, instance health, and governance.
- Proven experience working with global systems integrators or ISV partners in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently at the CxO level.
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams, standardize practices, and drive measurable outcomes.
AI & Technology Leadership
- Strong fluency in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with experience applying them to enterprise solutions.
- Ability to guide teams and partners where AI adds value and where alternative approaches are more effective.
- Experience establishing governance, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop practices for AI-enabled solutions.
Preferred & Standout Experience
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and/or Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience building and launching partner offerings or solution plays.
- Design Thinking training or certification.
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
- Experience scaling global or distributed teams.
