We are looking for a NAND DFT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating, optimizing and validating Design for Test (DFT) architecture within our NAND flash memory products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance testability, reduce costs, and improve product quality through innovative DFT strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement DFT strategies for NAND flash memory designs, including both Digital design and custom design circuits. 

  • Analyze the testability of designs to ensure they meet quality standards. 

  • Create and optimize the test sequences. 

  • Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NAND test algorithms and validate the same. 

  • Validate designs using Verilog simulations and XA simulations. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional design teams to ensure seamless DFT integration. 

  • Collaborate with PE in First Si bring up to High volume production 

  • Support post-silicon validation and debug efforts. 

  • Document DFT processes and results, providing detailed reports and recommendations. 

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in Custom design and/or verification. 

  • Strong understanding of digital design, verification, and test principles. 

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. 

  • Understanding of NAND flash memory architecture. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Laboratory skills (lab tools such as oscilloscope, LSA, function generator) and testing on silicon at both wafer and package level.
