Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, provide support for HR modules, collaborate with stakeholders, develop documentation, and mentor junior analysts.
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Analyst to join our growing Oracle practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple HCM Cloud modules with proven experience in both implementations and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and deployment.
- Provide functional and technical support for existing client environments, resolving issues in modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize HCM business processes.
- Perform system testing, UAT, regression testing, and rollout activities for quarterly upgrades and new enhancements.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, training guides, and SOPs for HCM modules.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases, evaluate their impact, and implement required changes.
- Coordinate with IT, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of HCM solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior analysts and client users.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with at least 6–7 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong expertise in at least two or more HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Learning, Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end HCM implementations and AMS support projects.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience in creating functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex HCM issues.
- Exposure to OTBI/BI Publisher reports in HCM.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
