About the Role 

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our electronic health record (EHR) archiving product portfolio. In this leadership role, you will oversee the product vision, strategy, and execution for our cloud-based platform that enables healthcare organizations to decommission legacy EHR systems while maintaining secure, compliant, and accessible medical record archives. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers while working closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive business outcomes. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead Product Strategy: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our EHR archiving platform, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities 

• Drive Product Portfolio: Oversee multiple product initiatives simultaneously, balancing resources and priorities to maximize business impact 

• Shape Go-to-Market: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and launch strategies 

• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Serve as a leader who influences without authority, building alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and executive teams 

• Drive Roadmap Clarity for Agile Teams: Provide customer insights and prioritized backlog direction to support development leaders in achieving predictable, high‑quality delivery 

• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to measure product performance, customer adoption, and business value 

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain deep understanding of healthcare regulations and ensure product solutions meet all security and compliance requirements 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role 

• Proven people leadership with experience building, managing, and developing product management teams 

• Healthcare industry experience: Relevant experience, particularly with electronic health records, health information management, revenue cycle management, or healthcare IT systems 

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations: Knowledge of relevant industry standards including FHIR, HIPAA, HITRUST, and medical record retention requirements 

• Strong technical background with ability to engage meaningfully on architecture, database design, and data integration challenges 

• Experience of Agile methodologies: Proven ability to collaborate with Agile development teams to translate strategic product priorities into clearly sequenced initiatives that drive consistent, high-quality value delivery 

• Cloud infrastructure experience with one or more hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), including familiarity with core cloud services and architecture patterns 

• Solid understanding of database technologies and data management principles 

• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation workflows 

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives 

• Track record of shipping successful products that deliver measurable business outcomes 

• Strategic thinking balanced with tactical execution capabilities 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

Highly Desired Qualifications 

• Experience with legacy system migration and enterprise application decommissioning projects 

• Exposure to AI/ML models and agentic workflows for automation and intelligent data processing 

• AI-forward product management: Ability to demonstrate experience using AI-tools to enhance efficiency across the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). 

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments with ability to thrive in ambiguity 

• MBA or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
