Technology Integration
  • Collaborate with internal Team Members to develop and deploy data visualization, reporting tools, and automation solutions for asset tracking, maintenance planning, and resource optimization.

Multi-functional Collaboration
  • Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, Safety, Finance, and 3rd-party partners to implement large-scale reliability and maintenance programs.
  • Lead readiness efforts and rollout planning for new technology deployments and capital improvement projects.

Leadership & Influence
  • Serve as an inspiring leader and subject matter expert in maintenance program management, mentoring peers and influencing senior partners with data-driven insights.

What You'll Need:
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Operations, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability operations, program management, or supply chain/industrial engineering, preferably in large-scale fulfillment or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of CMMS/EAM systems, automation equipment, and lean maintenance practices.
  • Leadership & Influence
  • Shown ability to inspire change in intricate, matrixed organizations and lead multi-functional program teams.
  • Strong communication and team member leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all interpersonal levels.
  • Travel
  • Receptiveness to travel up to 40% to support nationwide site execution and partner alignment.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
