Role Summary:
 
We are searching for a highly organized, customer oriented, proactive Renewals Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing renewal opportunities, and working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely renewals. Our ideal candidate has strong communication and multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
 
Location: India (Remote)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage all contract renewal activities
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals and process them in a timely manner
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM system(s)
- Communicate with clients regarding their contract status and renewal
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the renewal process
- Proactively suggest improvements to the renewals process 

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Renewals Specialist or in a similar role in customer service or sales
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
