Role Overview:
 

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business acquisition. The role focuses on adding new logos and expanding our footprint across GCC, GIC, and Captive units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within GCC/GIC/Captive accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct workshops, roadshows, and presentations to showcase solutions and value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and regional sales counterparts to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Deal Management: Generate proposals for multi-year and enterprise-level deals; negotiate and close contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with multiple stakeholders across client organizations to enable automation adoption and COE growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in IT/Enterprise Sales with a focus on hunting and new business development.
  • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to GCC/GIC/Captive markets preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong ability to create and execute sales strategies, manage complex deals, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Understanding of automation, digital transformation, and related technologies is a plus.
