About The RoleAs part of our world-class SEO team, your goal is to grow traffic and conversions on our marketplace and other sites. You will cover a broad range of SEO skills, from keyword research to technical optimization. This role requires a good technical understanding of the way search engines crawl, index, render, and rank websites. You should also bring good project management and communication skills to be successful.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, learn how to navigate a fast-growing startup environment, and be part of a mighty team. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires in-office attendance for 2 days in a week.
In This Role, You Will:Support the SEO team in developing and executing big bets for our marketplace
Support G2 localization and drive increased global website traffic
Drive the keyword strategy and content optimization on learn.g2.com
Increase organic traffic to our sites
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams
Mentor and coach Jr. and SEO Specialists

Conduct in-depth SEO data analysis using Excel and related tools to uncover insights and drive strategy
Collaborate closely with development teams and data scientists to implement technical SEO recommendations
Possess a strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective
Perform comprehensive keyword research and develop detailed keyword mapping strategies
Lead competitive SEO analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for growth
Utilize tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and STAT to monitor performance and guide decision-making
Execute technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for site improvements
Understand and implement schema markup to enhance search engine visibility
Optimize internal linking structures, on-page content, and site speed for improved rankings and UX
Bring 4+ years of proven SEO experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Influence cross-functional teams and advocate for SEO best practices across the organization
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear, concise written and verbal communication
Possess a strong personal brand and active presence in the SEO community, staying updated on trends and best practices
