Mission and Goals:
As a Software QA Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams involving backend Windows, Mac, IOS, and Android.
Objectives:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our cross-platform product available on the web, iOS, and Android.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android applications.

Design, develop, document, and support the test automation framework

Conduct manual and automated testing, including regression, functional, and usability testing.

Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Participate in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.

Competencies:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android VPN App testing.

Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.

Knowledge of Python.
-
Strong understanding of operating system ecosystems.
-
Proficiency in writing clear and effective test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

Experience with agile development methodologies.
-
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
