Sr. Software Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouse using Ab Initio.
Perform data analysis and develop data models to support business requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug ETL processes, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Optimize performance of ETL jobs to meet SLAs and performance requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with onshore clients to gather requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, data models.
Flexible to work on weekend shifts and night shifts as required.

Technical Skills:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Ab Initio.
Proficient in SQL, Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in working with onshore clients and distributed teams.
Can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
Familiar with cloud platforms like Azure.
Experience with other data integration tools and technologies is a plus.
