Responsibilities:
This is full US overlap hours (India Night Shift) – 8 PM IST till 4:30 AM IST.
• 6-10 years of experience in handling PROD support Java/J2EE application (Core Java, Spring framework & Spring Boot ).
• Indepth experience on New Relics Monitoring and Alerts, Application Code debugging and logs analysis.
• Experience on Java 1.8 (preferred), NoSQL DB, mango DB, PostgreS
• Experienced on Git code version repository
• Effective communication skills, ability to work well in a collaborative, team environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English and experience in communicating with end customer
- Knowledge on Web service calls using SOAP API, REST API.
- Good knowledge of Development IDE, JIRA, Agile Process, Code Repository, Deployment tools and Migration processes.
- Works on enhancement request from clients
- Works on client go live activities
- Works on any bug fixes support
- Provide Primary on call support
- Work as shadow on call support
- Major Release migration support.
- Managing and tracking JIRA tickets. Doing RCA.
- Common SNOW Incident Diagnostic Techniques and monitoring
Work Environment
- This is a Hybrid Work Role where you are expected to be in office three days a week
