Overview
Technical Product Integration (TPI) is a global team within the Global Customer Delivery & Care (GCD&C) organization.
With a focus on new technology, products and services, TPI collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality, and predictability. TPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.
TPI at its core is a technical team having development experience with the following remit:
o Responsible for educating and supporting new and existing customers on the integration aspect of Security Solutions product implementations including consultancy, training, testing, and customized production configurations.
o Partners with Global Product, Customer Delivery and Engineering team providing technical, support and product expertise to customers throughout the lifecycle of the product: from concept to build to market test to launch evolving / enhancing the product.
o Defines requirements for new [or enhancements to existing] onboarding and troubleshooting tools, adhering to standards, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
o Partner with development teams in enhancing software through programming in Java, unit testing, implementation, documenting and delivery of software solutions with a focus on seamless customer integration.
o Provide technical leadership to software engineers.
o Manage and troubleshoot customer integrations during implementation.
o Provide product technical training to cross-functional internal cross-functional teams.
All About You
o 5+ years of experience in the software engineering field.
o Good understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
o Deep understanding of web technologies, web services and micro services
o Deep understanding of web application infrastructure including network, servers, and load balancers.
o Working exposure to unix-based systems in required.
o Working knowledge of SQL, PL SQL and Oracle.
o Working knowledge of rest services is preferred.
o Working knowledge of cloud-based application development like PCF or AWS is required.
o Working knowledge of web development and technologies.
o Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Can quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools.
o Knowledge of payment domain esp. card payments domain is preferred.
o Development experience on Android and/or IOS platform will be preferred.
o Exceptional attention to detail.
o Ability to comprehend and apply complex concepts and technologies.
