What HR Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
HR Services manages HR technology, processes global payroll and timekeeping, as well as administers HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, retirement and leaves of absence and administers HR transactions such as hiring, termination, contracts and retirement. HR Services also provides reporting to internal management, external agencies, vendors and in support of audits.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of strong experience in Payroll - local payroll processing, exposure to global payroll is an advantage.
  • Experience in statutory and mandatory administration, including government regulatory requirements, familiarity with LexComply, NPS, and similar tools is a plus
  • Background in benefits administration, including insurance management and invoice processing
  • Proficiency with case management tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience using Workday or similar tool is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
