What you will do:
- Lead requirement analysis, architecture definition, detailed design, integration, and verification activities.
- Drive end-to-end development of telecom software components and system-level integrations.
- Ensure adherence to established product development principles, process flows, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain strong customer focus while delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
- Support CI/CD adoption, automated build, deployment frameworks, and integration/testing practices
The skills you bring:
- Strong programming expertise in C, C++, and Java.
- Solid experience in system-level software design within telecom or distributed network environments.
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated build and deployment frameworks.
- Strong understanding of integration and verification processes.
- Proven architectural thinking and performance optimization capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in evolving environments with structured planning and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
