Oversee Icertis production integrity, configuration, data management, SDLC standards, systems integration testing, change control, release planning, security, and segregation of duties. Translate prioritized business needs into technical requirements, coordinate third-party configuration resources, organize releases, maintain configuration documentation, execute data cleanup, and develop a technology roadmap supporting business requirements.
Icertis Data Management Contractors
Need a resource with contract lifecycle management technical oversight experience. I am open to experience with any CLM, but iCertis is a plus. This person is going to have responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the production environment by driving SDLC standards related to requirements management, Systems Integration Testing oversight, change control and release planning, ensuring 3rd party support is maintaining a configuration workbook, etc. More specifics:
- Work with business to receive prioritized configuration changes and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Config changes may be a combination of defect remediation and enhancements.
- Organize config changes into planned releases. Coordinate with 3rd party config resources to organize work accordingly.
- Build a technology roadmap to support business requirements.
- Security oversight and SOD across multi tenant environment.

- Data Management oversight within Icertis
- Data Management tool and process oversight, management and execution
- Most of this work will be actually making data changes to attributes within Icertis and is connected to cleaning up data from initial load.
- Requires Icertis system configuration resource; likely leveraging Sr. System Administrator or Lead System Admin profile.
