We are seeking a seasoned System Integrator to lead the integration of complex, mission-critical IT systems for U.S. military modeling and simulation system of systems. This role is central to ensuring secure, reliable, and interoperable systems across DoD modeling and simulation (M&S) synthetic environments, DoD platforms, including C4ISR, tactical networks, and classified environments. You will drive integration strategy, lead cross-domain solutions, and support full lifecycle implementation in accordance with U.S. military and defense standards.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of system integration experience supporting military or defense programs.
- Hands-on experience with tactical communications systems, DoD networks (e.g., SIPRNet, NIPRNet, JWICS), and MIL-STD-based integration.
- Familiarity with DoDAF, CJCSI 6212 (Net-Ready Key Performance Parameters), and mission command system interfaces.
- Proficiency in secure integration across data centers, edge devices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, DISA milCloud).
- Experience with network and systems tools such as Wireshark, Ansible, Splunk, VMware, and cross-domain guard solutions (e.g., Radiant Mercury, OWL).
- Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills in military environments.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Direct experience supporting programs under PEO C3T, PEO EIS, PEO STRI, or similar.
- Familiarity with CMMC, JITC certification processes, or DISA-approved solutions.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, PMP, CCSP, Security+, or DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III.
- Experience in Joint or Coalition operations support or overseas deployment environments.
