Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with end-users and understand business needs to improve customer experience in ServiceNow, specifically understand request module.
- Represent end-user requirements with internal UnitedHealth Group ServiceNow developers during the development lifecycle
- Perform analytics of records, discover areas for improvement and execute on those incident functions
- Work with ServiceNow vendor developers on upcoming patching changes and module options
- Work directly with internal IT workgroups on the creation of business forms and workflows within service request function
- Perform analytics of service request records, discover areas for improvement and execute on those service request functions
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- Proficiency with ServiceNow application
- Proficiency with Excel
- Understanding of HIPPA compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- 15+ years of IT experience
- Health care IT experience
- ITIL Foundations V3 or V4
