The DevOps Engineer will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, deploy applications using key DevOps tools, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams for effective resource management and capacity planning.
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to support our prestigious banking client in driving operational excellence and delivering cutting-edge solutions. If you have a strong background in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for problem-solving, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ, and other DevOps tooling with a focus on security (Image Signing, Image Scanning, Checkmarx).
- Develop and optimize GitHub Actions and implement GitOps principles for seamless application deployment.
- Manage and deploy applications using HelmCharts and ArgoCD while ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Write and maintain efficient Groovy scripts and manage robust logging mechanisms using ELK or Splunk stacks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing innovative solutions to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with teams for capacity planning, resource management, and vendor management, ensuring seamless operations.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Strong real time experience on technologies Linux, Atlassian tools like Jira/Confluence, CICD Process, PipelineAsCode, Shared library, Github, SonarQube, Jenkins and Sona type tools like Nexus and Nexus IQ & other Dev Ops toolings. (Image Signing, image Scanning , Checkmarx)
- Strong hands-on experience of Github Actions, GitOps principles and associated implementation.
- Strong hands on experience in Groovy Scripting, and associated logging stack like ELK/Splunk.
- Expert problem-solving capability.
- Strong hands-on experience on HelmCHats and ArgoCD
- Strong Expertise in trouble shooting and solutioning.
- Experience in capacity planning, resource management, vendor management, building business relationships and stakeholder management.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage, with a deep understanding of compliance, security, and operational excellence in regulated environments.
