Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic product team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams — including product managers, developers, and stakeholders — you’ll help create seamless and accessible digital experiences that align with our brand identity and business goals.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex business and user problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined solutions.
- Design trendy and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability across devices and platforms.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards to ensure product consistency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide guidance during implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design (agency, product, or in-house).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, problem-solving ability, and polished visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing responsive layouts and mobile/tablet interfaces (iOS and Android).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to present and justify design choices confidently.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience building or maintaining a design system.
- Exposure to insurance, warranty, or enterprise products.
- Passion for design innovation, creativity, and keeping up with UI trends and patterns.
